Our villa is situated at the very entrance of S. Cristina, in a very sunny position, close to
the ski-school and only a few meters from the ski-bus stop, the ski bus will take you
directly into the centre or by the slopes.
The apartment consists of:
- 2 double rooms
- 1 living room with SAT-TV
- 1 completely furnished kitchen with dishwasher
- 1 bathroom with WC and washing machine+ 1 WC
The rental price above mentioned is weekly and includes gas, electricity and taxes are
included. Bedlinen and towels are provided for. Also included in the price is the use of the
swimming pool, the sauna, the Kneippbath and the Jacuzzi in the nearby Hotel Bel Mont.

All you need to know for your booking and your stay with us.
- The final cleaning is also included in the price.
- A local tax of € 2.10 per person per night is charged for each overnight stay. The tax amonuts to 2,70 € from the 1st of January onwards. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
- Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 15.00 to 20.00, check-out within 10.00. Please inform us of your expected arrival time the day before. - A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer, which will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation (in accordance with art. 1386 f of the Italian Civil Code). The balance must be paid before the departure from the apartment. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by bank transfer (please send a receipt).
- Cancellation charges are as follows:
- up to 1 month before arrival date: 30% of the total package price
- from 1 month to 1 week before arrival date: 70% of the total price
- up to 1 week before arrival date: 100% of the total package price
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
Guest Pass
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the "südtirolmobil" network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
